FINALLY, I was able to get my hands on a tarot deck that spoke to me! While on Facebook I noticed this absolutely beautiful deck that spoke to me. From the moment I laid eyes on the first card, I knew that the Modern Witch Tarot Deck by Lisa Sterle had to be mine. Now, I know you are “supposed” to get your first deck as a gift, BUT I just got it as a gift to myself LOL!

This deck celebrates diversity and includes witches of various races and ethnicities. Lisa Sterle marries classic symbolism to modern, stylish all-female characters and items from our everyday lives with this gorgeous deck. Since I wanted to learn traditional symbolism so moving forward I could study with the majority of tarot books out there. I figured I couldn’t go wrong with this deck!

I’m super excited to start my journey with my tarot cards, I’ll definitely be sharing updates along the way. In addition to the 78 cards in the deck, my set came with an introductory booklet, so after I bless and cleanse (I’ll probably use some Palo Santo smoke and a few crystals 🔮) my deck I’m going to start out with my intro book then go from there.
